You can pbb use many transparent low viscosity inks BUT we need to consider whether they are water based vs alcohol based. Because that would change everything in what you can use the glitter with. Alcohol ink is pretty permanent and dries quickly so it’s the best to color the glitter.

Any clear/white glitter will work. Use any Alcohol ink

no...you'll just have a clump of glittery paint.
Hi, if i use this glitter for liquid shaker's filler, will it bleed to oil?
It won’t bleed but I wouldn’t recommend using fine glitter in shaker oil as it tends to clump or get stuck on the shaker wall
