Ingredients
Fish marination
• Fish 1 kg
• Fresh lemon rind 3/4 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
Gravy
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Onion 1 big, finely chopped
• Garlic 1 tbsp, finely chopped
• Green chilies 1-2, deseeded and chopped
• Red bell pepper 1, finely chopped
• Tomato paste 2 tbsp
• Chicken cubes 2
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Paprika powder 2 tsp
• Water 3 cups (or more as preferred)
• Tomato 1-2 big sized, chopped
Slurry
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Water 4 tbsp
Garnish
• Fresh coriander
Gajar Halwa Balls (Carrot Truffles/Carrot Balls)
Ingredients
• Grated carrots 2 cups
• Sugar 1 cup
• Fresh Milk 1 cup
• Desi ghee (clarified butter) 1 tsp
Khoya/Mawa
• Fresh Milk 1 cup
• Milk powder 8 tbsp
