All that seafood is making me very hungry I would try for my favourite of prawns, crab, and steamed rice with ginger and sea urchin roe, and for breakfast just an omelette and a cappuccino. I think it's good that you are making videos about Okinawa and it's islands as they remain undiscovered by the majority of tourists. Hopefully by watching your videos, many will think about visiting them. I went whale watching once off the coast of Boston. It was incredible even if I was laughing a lot of the time seeing people being very sick with the Atlantic Ocean being a bit rough!! Take care of yourself and enjoy the rest of your week.

It's no wonder that they tell you that you can see the whales from the hotel for free after you've already paid!😏 As a father with daughters,I was worried about you going to a sketchy place like the dark and creepy bath! I'm really glad you were ok after! It would probably have been better to stay in the first place you went to and just driven down to see the whales because it seemed nicer. This is probably because I grew up in the USA, but even if an area is 'technically safe,' I don't think I'd be able to walk in the dark by myself ANYWHERE! The fact that Japan and other places, people can walk around freely and (mostly) safely is such a strange concept to me.
I plan to go to Amami maybe late summer or early fall. I heard a lot of people recommend Amami instead of Okinawa because of slow pace, less touristy, and it’s beautiful nature. The sanshin music is also different there.

And bathed alone with no sign of security- nobody would hear you scream there, but in France you would have attracted attention. 'No bad people', is it because you think Japan has no creepy people?
I mean...I think it is hard to find bad people in Amami oshima. It is an island and in the countryside. In France, I saw some people trading something.

There are a few spots to go whale watching Anna, where I’m from in Canada. It’s something else too, to see them come up beside the boat.
