more like the third slot supposed to be foil, but instead, its a third nonfoil borderless common/uncommon.

This, third c/u borderless is supposed to be foil… your boxes were messed up. Also your etched foils looked AWFUL compared to all the other boxes I’ve seen. Look like the old commander legends ones with the like missing ink spots and dull colors.
I gotta agree with Joey here on the back to back cards, ESPECIALLY in a set designed for a singleton format. Kinda like a slap in the face, actually...
I can't get over 4 packs a box, or 90$ precons. This set, the commander set which should be a set for everyone, because commander is the format everyone plays, is just not for me.
I think the thing that sets this channel apart from literally every other mtg TH-camr is the pure charisma this man has, never fails to lighten my mood and make a bad day better, thank you
Every day I eat my lunch and watch either a new upload, or an old upload I've never seen. I hate to put too much on a content creator, but it definitely dulls my day a bit when he can't upload. With that said though, his breaks are deserved and I absolutely encourage them lol
This video made me cancel my pre order of a collector box. I think it was a wise choice. Maybe I'll put that money towards a Joey Moss repack? Lol welcome back btw
I prefer "full art" cards to show the full character. Not really digging these "head only shot" cards. So I'm with you on that.
There's good cards in the set, now if only they understood people don't wanna by 300 dollar set boosters.
The not profile shot full arts look amazing though.

Here is another example of Wizards charging a premium price and not giving you much value. Fierce Guardianship and The Great Henge were your two best pulls though The Great Henge was just reprinted. Doubles of the same card in packs has been a problem for several years now but Wizards does not care. Another problem with Collector boxes is that you keep getting a lot of the same card runs. You pulled a lot of the Generous Gift cards considering there are only 4 packs in a box. The artwork on the profile cards are terrible. Thank you for the video.

I feel like the profile art would look better if the "headshots" had more detail. When it is bland, then with a undetailed background, it looks trashy, but if the cards had a lot more detail, it would make them stand out a lot more.
I think buying collectors is a mistake. It's a lot easier with the limited slots to hit absolutely nothing. I think sets/draft is a safer bet if you're cracking packs. Sure the celling isn't as high but the floor isn't as low.
Nobody is buying this set at all. It's boycotted.

so is nobody talking about the fact that they want 400 bucks for a setdisplay without a boxtopper and also no serialized cards on the Collector? I tell you what if there would be like 10 serialized jeweled lotus or 50 serialized Ur Dragon i would buy 1 or 2 box^^
They have dropped big time. Tcg has them for $340 now it’s wild how fast they are dropping.

I'm over serialized crap. It made no sense until the 5 praetors, and the rings sort of made sense due to the cap on the NF, but they screwed it up so bad, I don't want it anymore

I think the fierce guardianship and stuff will stay somewhat a little above the originals if not hold more value. I’ve been waiting for foils to foil out decks and they just haven’t made them. Everyone at the shop is going for the foil stuff

The borderless profile cards would be better if they were very detailed artwork. They're a little too cartoony and that's what makes them feel too plain.

This set is just hot garbage, for the price it, just makes no sense. Everything related to this is plummeting like a rock on Amazon right now, and there is nothing to really prop it up long term.

@gamblegod-tc8yc I don't buy proxies. I've been playing Magic since 94. This set is not worth the cost. Yes, collectors are the "reasonable" option when compared to set and draft, but it is still not worth it. Look at the card list. It is just not there. Most of the reprints were either printed or reprinted so recently that the value is just gonna tank..lol! My opinion and we don't have to agree, but this is a bad set at this price point.

I'm also not a huge fan of the pop art style - now saying that though it definitely works better on some cards than others - Grenzo is a great example, Mikaeus is another. But hey, art is subjective, hopefully someone is getting more joy out of them than me.
