- I LOVED creating this look for you guys! I liked how this mermaid makeup look turned out, and love that I found the headband at Target for $1 - a pretty low budget/cheap costume so far! I hope you enjoy this tutorial - and it's easy because you don't even need a fishnet!

Yes for sure!! For some reason during the time I was filming this I wasn't a big fan of highlighter so I didn't use it much, I LOVE highlighter now!!

Your Makeup is like a Sea creature with real gills. Your scales are more shining than a fish. Try to inhale with your gills. Next make Orca tail and pls shake your fins.
