U can't , at least that's wat the family tells me (cuz 1 or more of my family has served in the military and they wear kevlar vests in the heat of the wars) .
If you take the belt off, then it's possible, but it's very difficult. Remove the kevlar and its passable. With both on, you'd sink to the floor in 30 seconds...
Kevlar pants? Their pants are basically the same pants you wear the a 2 piece suit or utility pants. And also, it's not impossible to swim with the belt and a kevlar VEST, it's just harder.

@@0neMoreTime. it’s not trained to shoot unless you’re shooting to kill, chest and head only, not limb. A threat can still come at you if you shoot limbs (or shoot back, etc) and even if you shoot them center mass, they still can survive long enough to attack you. So really, you shoot till they’re dead, or atleast clearly incapacitated
