It would great help , if the video addresses where Org1 and org2 are connected by one channel say ch1-2 and org2 and org3 connected by ch2-3.
Also, considering the videos you mentioned you want to make in the future. A basic ethereum or Avalanche app would probably be pretty interesting. Being able to integrate blockchain information and some cool front end/nodeJS work would be pretty cool as well.
I watched all the parts in this hyperledger series. Wonderful work. Please keep it up. Would expect the content to be more compact so that investing minimum time we can get tons of informations while learning curve remains in flow and as easy as could be possible. You are great at telling things in easy manner. As you are good at latest and complex tech stacks. Would love to see u in this genre.

If you're looking to create a new series, I think a series where you teach fundamental concepts that a programmer should know would be a good one. Similar to the way you explained web services in the last video, people may have heard web services, but don't know exactly what they are and what is its role. A series which explains such terms/concepts would be great (especially for beginners)
If you are thinking of creating a new serie, I would suggest that implementing a blockchain application either on HLF or ethereum is much more interesting than a programming language serie.

But I got an error said “Default client peer is down and no channel details available database”. Looking forward to your reply!

it is not that straight forward , though hyperledger allows you to build your consensus it is complicated enough to do so, however you can reachout to this community for any help on this topic github.com/hyperledger-labs/pluggable-hcs

please check if you fabric is up and running properly, if not try cleaning up docker and re run.
