Big Sean is highly underrated. He has bars. I think if he was dropping music more consistent, he would have more respect. He's right between Kendrick and Cole in terms of albums releases. I didn't like Big Sean's first album. The second album was an improvement, but still not there yet. It was his third album is where he had finally got really good. As soon as he got the recognition, he had took a break. Came back in two or three years with an album. He had to deal with Kanye's b.s. He took a short break and released a dope EP with Hit-Boy and left. He had released a song the same as Family Matters and Meet the Grahams which was bad timing. He couldn't helped that. He's definitely a dope rapper that gets overlook.
