I'm a Jays Fan from Canada. I was outraged when they got rid of Biggio. Now I'm happy a hell the best team in Baseball has picked him up. The Dodgers will be very happy with him. He is awesome!
I agree!! Everytime I would see Biggio play I often wonder how come they wouldn’t play him more?? He is a very sound player and maybe the Dodgers can improve his bat more!!💯💙

I don’t get the hesitancy with DFA’ing Taylor. That money is being burned regardless. I’d argue at this point he’s more useful off the team than on it. Only one being negatively impacted is the Dodgers. Taylor still getting that bag regardless while dodgers pay for player who has no value whatsoever

Might be nothing but, as you said, between lightning a fire and the potential (low risk high reward) it's already a good move. If Biggio can bring near of what CT3 did in his first 4-5 years then it's a great move. On the low, at least Cavan is a better choice from the bench. It only remains to be seen if they will address the other needs at the deadline
In an alternate universe, Dodgers have Yordan Alvarez in LF, Cody Bellinger in CF, and Teoscar Hernandez in RF, Will Smith C, Max Muncy 3B, Seager SS, Betts 2B, Freeman 1B, and Ohtani as DH ---

I think you’re right when you say maybe they’re trying to light a fire under a couple guys’ asses. CT3 is a waste case and Kike is barely above the Mendoza line. The management at the Blue Jays are idiots. Teoscar, Lourdes and Gabriel traded for Varsho and a Now Triple A reliever. Compare the hitting stats for those 3 who left vs. Varsho. Atkins and Shappiro should be run out from town on a rail along with the BJ hitting coach. Hope someone gives Cavan some support and instruction to me a fine addition to the Dodgers. Ask Teoscar if he would like to be traded back to the BJ's. hahahaha NOT A CHANCE !!!!

easy math.. Vargas is not getting playing time, and he will get some at Triple A and potential value for a potential trade before the trade deadline
