Okay, I've come to the conclusion that you have a garden in your backyard where you bury hundreds of toys, and then a year or two later, you dig them up just so you can restore them. There's just no way anyone can find that many trashed toys and scale models randomly.

this one used many colores of dirt and ground clay and an eccelerative abrasive agent that was used in the fast oxidisation of the nickel materiel used for the model at which does not rust more than tarnishes. the rust is the steel filings in the paint used for the matalics of the paint style.

Put police on the doors and clear coat it. Just an idea
I truly admire your hard works,but it looks a bit unfinished.! No police logos or any of the little details repainted.! And why is the steering wheel still chrome when all the interrior is desert tan.!? It just seems off.! And a clear coat to the exterior would be nice.!
For a model with so much dirt inside why are parts of the inside so very clean also for a car has supposed to have got a lot of use why are all the lights still in place yet are very easily removed

It looks naked without some police decals on it. And this would have been an excellent model to incorporate a lighting kit. That would have been awesome.

Need to wet sand the primer and then wet sand again after painting. The paint job on it looks terrible and gritty.
The only minor flaw I see in the Police Tahoe, is that the Real Police Tahoes Do Not have any kind of Cargo Rack, or Rails of any kind up on the roof. Yours might look a bit more like the real deal, if you were to remove the luggage rack on the roof, fill in and smooth out the mounting holes, then repaint the roof.
