I will repost my OG analysis, but updated with Outis' new E.G.O
Wayward Passenger is an Abnormality taking the form of a Necromporph from Deadspace wearing the outfit of a W Corp Cleaner Agent, with two arms equipped with blades allowing it to create rifts across dimensions to go from one place to another. Kinda like a Dimension Shredder, you could say.
While at first it seems to be lost and in need of help, it's shown that it actually perfectly knows what to do, and just wants to help others find the exit, with it being violent when it doesn't see any other solutions. In general, the Abnormality seems to be allegorical to what happen in W Corp, with it being analogous to the Cleaner Agents whose job is to save the passenger from being art and craft experiments.
Its main Sins are Gluttony and Envy. Gluttony represents how it's literally an employee doing its job, and trying to save as many people as possible. Envy represents how it only acts in reaction to others since its work is implicitly reactive, not active.
Its arms resist Pierce because they would be a bit hard to hit with something like a spear.
It resists Pride and Envy because it doesn't care about what the passengers of the train do or want; they must be saved and come out of the train.
Its weakness to Gluttony may be weird since it's one of its main Sins, but it likely represents how its job is never over. As long as people take the WARP trains and W Corp continues in its endeavor, the Cleanup Agents will always have work to do. The weakness of Lust may represent how many passengers of the trains, after lifetimes of torture and madness, end up enjoying their situation at one point. Such passengers would obviously be the trickiest to deal with for Cleanup Agents, hence why Wayward Passenger is weak to Lust.
The Dimensional Rifts invoked by the Abnormalities are also associated with Sins, though it's more of a color-coding done for gameplay's sake than anything symbolic.
Yi Sang and Hong Lu's uses of its E.G.On Dimension Shredder, symbolizes how they want to escape their existence. Yi Sang first wants to escape his dreary reality at T Corp's Nest through the Mirror, and then N Corp after the fall of the League of Nine. Hong Lu just wants to escape his family in general. In both cases, the E.G.O is affiliated with Pride because they're to do anything to be free. Note that while Yi Sang's version needs Sloth to use and has a stubby naked wing, Hong Lu's needs Gluttony, and has something of a mouth motif.
For Outis, it's a bit more different. Instead of wanting to escape her current existence, it represents her current journey to come back home. Notably, the reason why she's far from said home is that she was merely a soldier who simply followed orders, similar to how W Corp's Cleanup Agents are just employees doing their job, hence why her E.G.O is Envy and not Pride.

Also, Yi sang's corrosion voice line being a reference to poem number one of Crow's Eye View:
"For the road a blocked alley is appropriate"
With yi sang's voice line:
"As a matter of fact, the Alley is an open one"
You can see that the two lines are the opposite of each other, with the first one saying that tragedy is not avoidable and the second line saying that the alley is open, it matched with yi sang's canto about his tragedy and struggle with changes even though the answer is infront of him with his mirror technology.

I think it more so has to do with aimless wandering or being lost. Yi sang was really just letting himself go when he had no where else to. As in he joined limbus company because he had no where else to go and because 'the rain was simply being too much' no rhime or reason he simply joined gubo initially because he just grabbed him to take him away. Quite literally going wherever the flow took him. For hong lu Its because his grandparents told him to experience the world and seewhats out there thats why his identities are all over the place. K corp hook office yurodivy tingtang. Aimlessly stumbling into place for the sake of learning. And outis i mean with her its the most in your face she literally says it in her trailer 'When i first set out, this was meant to be an odyssey. It had a destination, and i reached it too. Then, all that was left was to depart homeward bound. ...And yet. ...I still have moved not a single step from there, even now. Or how her warp identity says she has taken so many trains and still hasn't returned home.
