తయారుచేసే విధానం:
ముందుగా ఒక ప్రెషర్ కుక్కర్లో నానపెట్టిన కందిపప్పు, తోటకూర, ఉల్లిపాయ, టొమాటోలు, పచ్చిమిరపకాయలు, వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు, చింతపండు, పసుపు, ఉప్పు, కారం వేసి సరిపడా నీళ్ళు పోసి నాలుగైదు విజిల్స్ వచ్చేంత వరకూ ఉడికించాలి
ఆ తరువాత ఉడికిన పప్పు మిశ్రమాన్ని ఒక పప్పుగుత్తితో బాగా మెదిపి, పక్కన పెట్టుకోవాలి
పప్పులోకి తాలింపు కోసం ఒక గిన్నెలో నెయ్యి వేయాలి
ఇందులో మినప్పప్పు, ఆవాలు, జీలకర్ర వేసి వేయించాలి
ఆవాలు చిటపటలాడిన తరువాత ఎండుమిరపకాయలు, కరివేపాకులు, ఇంగువ, దంచిన వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు వేసి వేయించాలి
తయారైన తాలింపును పప్పులో వేసి కలిపి, ఇంకొక ఐదు నిమిషాలు మరిగించాలి
అంతే, ఎంతో రుచిగా ఉండే తోటకూర పప్పు తయారైనట్టే, ఇది అన్నంలోకి ఎంతో బాగుంటుంది
Thotakura, also known as Amaranthus is widely used in Telugu cooking. It is used to make dals, curries, roti pachadis etc. It tastes so mild and amazing.
