Just found your channel, I'm hooked. One issue I used to have was automatic astral projection, I stifled this with audiobooks and now need to retune in order to control my projection within the astral plain.
I like your style. I love cars, bikes and anything that has various mechanical systems operating in unison together. I'm an apprentice toolmaker and love my job. I really personally think(and this sounds really contradictory now that I think about it haha) that in this day and age the majority over think rather then just enjoying and just doing. I used to want to think about all this, try and figure it out but have only come to discover that the truth will always be a mystery and is just sending me on a giant loop. In my opinion and we all have one so who knows, but just enjoy life and enlightenment will come with it. That's just me tho. Don't do drugs....maybe once.
Im 16 and I’ve had really bad family problems I’ve moved out and I went through a break up and after finding meditation and this philosophy I can see the change in how I think about stuff and how I treat people and myself. Its truly amazing ❤️ Right now I wish I could become a monk or go on a retreat but I don’t know where to start. Can anyone help
Sedona method helps tremendously with this, it basically deals with the things that blocks you from your true self. The core of progression of consciousness is just a letting go of what’s blocking you from true happiness.

At the beginning of the video you said everyone has the potential to bring out their inner buddha. In many ways, I agree. But my question is, what happens to people that have made the decision to sell their soul to the devil? I have encountered people in my life that claim to have done so, and I am still confused about it. Like, how? What does this essentially mean? And ultimately what would be the repercussions of doing so? I would LOVE if you did a video on what selling your soul to the devil means and answering these questions. It truly intrigues someone like me who is following a spiritual path, understanding the deep connections between the mind, body, and the soul. Hey Vishuddha, I have a question. Could you elaborate a bit more on how to control/change your cravings? I'm having a hard time to understand the correct way to do so. Before I eat I appreciate the things I'm eating, and think about what I'm eating. When I drink water, for example, I think how blessed I am that I have good and clean drinking water. but if I think about that about everything, I can almost let everything go except the primary needs. How do I look at things like wanting to watch a movie, or be with family etc? I hope you can answer this question ^^ thanks in advance :)
