      It is necessary to complete 2 year PG course related to nursing in canada after my completion of Bachelore of nursing Degree from india to get license as a RN in canada ?

      @xyz-pc3tl Hello, no, that is not NECESSARI. Even if you have 1 year of experience, you are eligible for NCLEX. If you don't have any experience stll you can write NCLEX through other options such as AHPRA, USA

    Hi Maitri. Your video is really motivational. I just loved to watch. I would like to ask about RN process. I have cleared my Nclex RN from Illinois,USA. And I got my NNAS report recently. I have watched your video about CNO process which is really helpful.Thanks a lot. Is it required step to contact Illinois board to transfer license in CNO ? Because NNAS mentioned about my Nclex RN passed status in their report. I hope to get reply.

      RPN is diploma program(2 YEAR), RN is degree program(4 YEAR). Program length is also different. So, if you are paying international fees then fees will be 3 times more then local student here. So, consider that fact when you choose RN or RPN. You also need to check if the college you are applying is asking for prerequisite course. Immigration Agent can help you in that.

So, better you finish it from India. And when you are in your fourth year start IELTS and preparing for NCLEX. So, you are sorted for license.

    How to get CPR and first aid certificate in Canada , medical test

    • @maitri1220
      @maitri1220  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For medical tests, you need to go to a nearby walk-in clinic and ask them for 2 step TB test and immunization test. For cpr and first aid, you need to make an account with canadian Red Cross and pay fees. You can book any nearby location for the test. Make sure you finish the online part before you attend in person class.😊

    Hi Maitri! I'm currently in a Health Care aide certificate program in Alberta. What can i start learning from now so that I can transition into nursing?
    (I don't have a nursing degree)

    • @maitri1220
      @maitri1220  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hello, there is a course for LPN if you want to do a diploma, and if you want to do a degree, then you can do a registered nurse. Now, when you apply, you need to see if you match with the criteria or not. Otherwise, you need to do a prerequisite course before the nursing course. 😊

      You can start with LPN. Which is a 2-year program. You might need to do a prerequisite course. Immigration agents can help you to find colleges.

    I am from Nepal and now i am enrolled in EPIEN and will finish in dec 2024. I want to start NNAS but I have no hospital experience. Pass out on 2021. can I apply without work experience and eligible for NNAS approval? Or i need to wait until i get transcript.

    • @maitri1220
      @maitri1220  หลายเดือนก่อน

      EPIEN program helps to get required hours without experience. So you can wait for course to complete as it is almost about to finish. Otherwise I would say start NNAS and start AHPRA as well because AHPRA doesn't need experience so you don't need to wait for transcript.
