The fact that she (Alexandria) takes the tape off her mouth to say “Oh my God, it’s Les from DuJour!,” but puts it back on and stays tied up is soooo funny lol. This movie is brilliant.
hey, as a metal fan. i respect that. i wouldn't beat that guy up. i'd ask if he's ok. he and his buddies need any medical service, food, drink. we metal fans aren't savages. well, most of us.
I heard somewhere (TV Tropes & Idioms) that the De Jure actors pitched a distant sequel spin off show to Netflix but it didn't go anywhere. I chose to believe the idea was reworked into Julie and the Phantoms.
They didn't know James Hetfield's lyrics to Enter Sandman when They're Plan crash landed in a Metallica parking lot and the fans beat the crap out of them. Thank God one of them knew James's lyrics!
I think that’s the point. The beginning of the film where dujour “dies” is a very literal metaphor for boy bands “dying” and pop punk taking over (Josie and the Pussycats)
As someone who loved this movie when it came out, i can tell you its NOT good. Its GREAT!!! It was part of the parody comedies that where huge at the time. They knew what they were making and did so without shame. So if anything its a, so bad its good.

Yes I know Alexandria's performance in this scene is both amazing and sericomic at the same time. 😮😂❤
This movie is the best. So freaking underrated.
as underrated as 'can't hardly wait'?
evesapple I love this movie and that movie
And I thank God every day I knew the words to Enter Sandman.
Idk how ppl didn't think this was funny doe
@@ahhwe-any7434 That was my favorite line in the movie :)

Both of them were looking at each confused. “What..?“
One of the most quotable lines from any movie
Both scenes with DuJour are comedy gold, I will never get tired of them
“WE WILL” and “Du Jujour was in my bathroom” are my favorite parts
The whole movie is great, but this is the most quotable scene
My favourite is “Let’s get em boys! DU JOUR STYLE!”
Josie and the Pussycats was ahead of it's time! Pretty underrated as well. The tides have been turning tho.
Love how Fiona and Wyatt were arrested for conspiracies on the youth of America and not for 2 counts of attempted murder.
There's commentary there but I'm just not sure what that is right now
They never got mr. Movie phone
Fiona and Wyatt were using the music to manipulate and influence a vulnerable demographic in a blatant, unethical way
Because they were made the scapegoats for what was the government's scheme.
I like that Dujours boys were mummified except one
Thank god he knew the words to Enter Sandman.

I reference this scene all the time
@Sexy Anime Girl Tori Tomoko I don't understand what you mean
I also reference this scene when I say “oh my god it’s les from du jour!” No one knows what I’m talking about but it makes me smile
@@xenazwirner9576So funny lol.
OH MY GOD IT’S LES FROM DU JOUR!!!
How did she get her hand free to tear off her gag?
A hidden strength?
@@TimothyMischka Maybe 'cuz she was in the comics?
@@TimothyMischka Cartoon logic.
*muffled* I love you man
Been a fan of this movie since I was a young kid. It’s funny to look back and see how it’s the first place I learned about subliminal messaging
Word Doc.. let's get em boys.. DUJOUR STYLE!!!
When I was a kid, I thought "To Enter Sandman" was a code for "don't hit me to hard" but in retrospect... Lmao
the two dislikes are from wyatt and fiona
U mean lisping Lisa and white ass wally lmfaoo
Or Lifping Lifa and White-Ass Wally.
Alexandria doesn't even try to untie herself.
OMG IT’S LES FROM DU JOUR 🤣🤣🤣🤣
1:02 mmm-mmmvnn mmf mm! Hah! Word, dawg.
Shes not gonna get away with this this time. "Casted up band member Murmurs in agreement."
Omg they still have the microphones on!!
I love the little muffled Mm-mm.
If you don't like this move, I'm going to get you......"Du Jour style"!
Haha, He only survived cuz he knew the lyrics! I'd thank god for just knowing the words at all, the fact it saved my life? F*cking A!

I can’t not stop laughing 😂 lol hahahaha 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"WE WILL" iconic
Lets get em boys....dujour style....!!!!!

They managed to land the plane just fine.. but the fans beat the crap outta them.. but he knew the words to enter sandman
God this movie so fucking good lol xD
Who doesn't know the lyrics of enter sandman?
Thank God that one did.
The casted up members of Du-Jior appearently. XD
Travis, D.J., and Marco (the other band members of Dujour).
That's so cool
Lol, this movie is great.
Omg its lez from dujour
What happen to them ?
They didn't know James Hetfield's lyrics to Enter Sandman when They're Plan crash landed in a Metallica parking lot and the fans beat the crap out of them. Thank God one of them knew James's lyrics!
I wonder what does he say 1:02.
What this is movie?
Josie and the Pussycats
One of the greatest films of the early 2000’s
@ParadoxFreak
It's STILL the early 2000s, dumbass. Will be until 2500.
And yet, the era of boy bands was still dead by the time this movie came out.
This came out in 2001, what're you talking about?
I think that’s the point. The beginning of the film where dujour “dies” is a very literal metaphor for boy bands “dying” and pop punk taking over (Josie and the Pussycats)
@@thekuddlykrab1499 DuJour even translates to "of the day"
Jagged Edge and B2K
the movie starts with them allegedly dying, i think they knew pretty well the boyband era was coming to an end but thanks for the info
I not sure this film is good but this scene is funny
retrostudios then you’ll like the whole film because the whole tone is like that
The movie is a must see!😀
They knew they were going to make a dumb movie, so they ran with it
