rest milo is actually pretty cool thanks to marvel scale, but that's purely a strat for either very stally teams that want to preserve pp (rest has half the pp but you waste 3 turns so it's 50% better for pp stall) or teams that can't afford to use both refresh and recover (for his aggro team if he used pump/surf, ice beam, hypnosis, rest i'd respect that). using talk completely removes both of those benefits
Genuinely surprised he didn't immediately get the marvel scale synergy with rest talk on milo. If you desperately need a physical wall I can kinda get it, judging by thunderbolt he probably was max physical defense invested. The hypnosis was weird but I don't think rest talk is completely nonsensical, at least in a vacuum.

A sleeping Milotic has Marvel Scale and is also a switch in to soak up an opponent's sleep move Not saying it's better than a normal set but I think they have something cooking that could surely be capitalized on by a high tier weird set player like SEA
