My pram arrived and even with mothercare's video demonstration I couldn't fold it. The video didn't indicate to pull handle up and apply some force. I was about to return it and then found this video. I folded it on the first attempt! Only after watching this very useful video. Thank you
I bought this pram today and even after watching this video myself or my husband cannot figure out how to fold it down. I'm losing my mind. I've watched the vid at least 20 times. I hold the button in, slide handle back to maximum extention and then I cannot get any further. Please send extremely dumbed down instructions on how to do this please because I'm ready to throw it out the window 🤣🤣
I also have the exact same stroller as the one in the video but I also can't fold it. even though I've followed the instructions like in the video. what's wrong?
Just got one second hand. The way shown here to fold it did not work. Then tried standing just the frame upright with front wheels turned in, so they don't roll and then the technique shown here pressing the handle button and pushing does work but pushing downwards instead.

Hi I have this same pram and am also struggling to close it
For all those saying not working,your pram is new and you have to push it inward while pressing button instead of pulling all the way out
