  • Today, I'm going to show you how to make stunning, versatile 40K ruins using just two simple templates. These L-shaped ruins can add a new dimension to your Warhammer 40K gaming environment.
    In this tutorial, we'll start with the basics, cutting out our templates and assembling our ruins. I'll then guide you through adding some eye-catching details that will bring these structures to life on your tabletop.
    But that's not all! I'll also be sharing my tips and techniques for painting your ruins to give them that battle-hardened look. And if you stick around to the end, I have a special extra-detailed version to show you. This will give you an idea of just how far you can take this project if you really want your gaming terrain to stand out.
    So, whether you're an experienced terrain builder or just getting started, this video has something for you. Let's get crafting and elevate your 40K games to the next level!

    Those are amazing, it's nice to see those things made of very simple materials. The fact that you can build the same thing with cardboard is amazing

    I preferred the colours you used on the desert option over the gray. Even without the embellishments it looked cooler.

    Nicely done! Very effective unban terrain for sci-fi games and with a bit of tweaking to the design, perfect for fantasy games. No need to wait for GW to bring back the Mighty Fortress set, you can easily make your own these days!

      Thanks! Yes, it's also a lot more fulfilling to make your own.

    Good chonky ruins, should hold up to the rigors of play. The spackle will hold those joints solid. I’ve spackled and sanded entire model buildings for the texture, and they are almost bullet-proof.

      Thanks! These ruins definitely feel solid. I have done similar as well.

    Great build! Curious to where you get your mini-skulls from. Working a project where that kind of scatter would be great. Link?

      Thanks! I used the GW Skulls. There are literally a few hundred different skulls (not just human) in the pack. Here's the link to it on Amazon: [amzn.to/3PHjJFb}
