For people looking for the meaning of the song. Check here.....
    ..........
You want to bam ba? ---- You wanna be initiated to a cult?
You wanna chill with the big boys ---- You wanna hang out with people with affluence and influence.
Now you dey run kitikiti, you dey run ketekete ---- No peace of mind, running away from his crimes.
No fit drink water drop cup ---- Always looking over his shoulder.
Shey you see how the thing goes ---- Now you know how it works (cultism).
Telli me who blend you ---- Tell me who introduced you to cultism.
    ..........
The song is talking about the dangers of cultism (dangerous Mafia-style gangs that originated from Nigeria). It's about a man who seeks redemption after becoming a member of a cult while in college and committed atrocities (murder) that endangers his life (he is being hunted by his past crimes and other cultists).

If anyone is wondering what the song is about it’s about wanting to be rich and achieving it by any means necessary, usually through voodoo, robbery, killing “say my pikin na go join cult” translates to my child has joined dark magic association” and now the guy is regretting it because it backfired and he’s been hunted for his crimes. He tries to turn back to God begging.
    PRE - Chorus lyrics
“Say my pikin na go join cult” translates to my child has joined a cult
“You want to bomb ba?” translates to you want to be successful right?
“You want to chill with the big boys?” - you want to be in the same circle with other successful men?
“Now you dey run kiti kiti you dey run kata kata” means now you’re running in all direction because you’re confused and scared
“No fi drink water, chop cup” translates to you can’t even drink water --since he’s so busy running for his life-- he cant find any peace (chop cup)
“ Shey you see how the thing goes”- now see what has happened
He says “shebi (instead of shey) you see how the thing goes” for the second chorus - it means the same as previously stated.

Elephants standing under huge baobab trees for shelter. I remember the masai chief I had the privilege to talk to and understand their way of life. I imagine them walking proudly on the land of ancestors. All mankind came from the motherland after all.... it is just such a powerful, majestic image that you get goosebumps and feel humbled at the same time. I know the song isn't about ancestors. I can see that. It's definitely perfect to whine and chip to 🙌🏾 and of course calypso and soca has african influences, so I can definitely see the love of this song.

They should play this at the AFCON final ceremony. Imagine all the footballers, staff and crowds just dancing happily 😊 ❤💛💚

I came up on a trip with this playing in grand Canaria sitting out under the stars around open fire 4 of us ..music Alcohol and good company it was amazing experience I literally saw the stars move ( yes I know they didnt an it was the drug ) I saw diamond shapes an a valil of moving parts . Its difficult to describe hallucination but still in control..i kept seeing a luminous gragonfly flying around me at night apparently i was told it my spirit animal.. .we danced around the fire to this song ..like our ancestors must of done thousands of years ago... I'm definitely going back to grand Canaria again
