We use about 3oz fragrance oil per pound of wax/oil mixture. Do you not heat it back up? Also do you add oil and wax together first then, the oil?
We combine the hot wax with the vegetable oil, then add the fragrance oil. We do not heat it back up after that.

Why do you hate it I just bought two
The gen 2 melter is not made for wax so it throws the error code multiple times until the wax gets up to temp. The gen 1 does not do that.
