Hi. I recently bought artis router ups. I started using it. But I noticed that when the ups gets drained with 75 % of the charge, the modem is getting switched off, I mean there are 25% of the charge still remaining in the ups and that 25% is not getting used. When I recharge the router, the ups is starting charging from 50% and not 25%. So is that a problem? Could you please enquire your friend or relative who is using artis router ups and reply me back whether that is normal or needs to be replaced. Please reply
