They’re both amazingly close to the Shithouse characters in real life. Cooper is awkward but sincere, with a touch of brilliance. Dylan is trying to figure life out but has a sense of established security. He’s hopefully got another script in him and I guess as a fan I hope they rekindle that chemistry on film again. College was 40 years ago for me but I relate to the hardness of fitting in and having list my dad at 16 and having a cool mom and a sister 4 years younger puts me in his shoes.
