looks great. I am more interested in the second one attached to the side of a dock. Just wondering though about ease of dock removal? In the winter I assume this needs to be removed from the water before the deep freeze sets in. We have hard physical docks ripped out by the ice before so I can't see leaving this in. Is it pretty easy to take out for the winter or do you have to reverse all your installation steps?

I have same dock where i use my yamaha waverunner 2017 and it does scratches to it’s bottom...

How much damage will this do to the hull of the ski?
It won't damage hull of the ski because plastic in the dock is more soft than the bottom of the ski. No need to worry
