Story : Afraid of Abhay (Chandrachur Singh) turning into a complete spoiled brat, his father appoints the beautiful Vanshika (Karishma Kapoor) as his personal secretary as a way to get him interested in the family business. Despite Abhay's ways, an idealistic Vanshika selflessly stands by him. How far can Vanshika be pushed before she decides that the relationship is no longer worth it?

Very nice film. Story and direction by Shrabani Deodhar, a female filmmaker, she makes me feel even more proud of being a woman. Although she could have made it more interesting by giving johnny lever and shakti kapoor more screen time. And Chandrachur Singh didn't fit this role, some other actor should have done it. Then maybe the film could have succeeded at the box office
