What an inspirational manager George is. His players will run through a brick wall for him. Really Hope Maidstone get promoted this year in their league too. Maidstone playing in the next round for a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.. Astonishing!
George is a very special man. He took charge of Maidstone in National League after we was already relegated not that long after he had retired from playing football as a defender for Maidstone Utd. This being his 1st ever managerial job. Players as you say will do anything for him. Good chance of promotion this season back to National League . Currently 4th and got table toppers Yeovil Town at ours this Saturday. Still buzzing from Saturday game and yeh 1 game away from QF , doesn’t seem real.
Nearly 50 years supporting Ipswich and echo Richard Toll's comment, never seen Ipswich lose and had a sense of happiness over the result. Amazing story, great club and fans ... all the best for the next round and beyond. Fully deserved the win BTW.

@@spikeybarmyarmytv2972 yes mate I live in Cambridgeshire but lived in Nuneaton for many years and went to most games it is a sad thing that is happening to the Boro there are supporters that are trying to work things out even if it means if the Boro has to rise from the ashes the town needs a club as tbe fan base is big enough to support them so please tell your friends about Nuneaton they need encouragement to keep going and yes it was great seeing the binmen getting dumped out the FA Cup by yourselves great advert for non league football

Thanks. Yeh I do a lot of Maidstone Utd, my local club. Will be next at Coventry City away in FA Cup 5th Round. This Saturday and next Saturday games have been postponed. This week a waterlogged pitch at Taunton FC in Devon and the home game vs Weymouth sat 24th Feb due to the FA Cup fixture on Monday 26th.

Born in Ipswich grew up just outside Maidstone. I had to choose who to support, chose Maidstone and was so happy for them. Ipswich didn't deserve to win . Feel dreadful for saying that as i support them through rain or shine. So proud of Maidstone, what a dream for them and their fans xxx

Before the Stadium was knocked down and Wickes store was built on the land. Continued following the club when they ground shared at Dartford,Sittingbourne, Ashford. Finally deserved back in Maidstone 2012. I go home and away. Not a glory hunter.
