Unistal probably doesn't make much money to begin with. A paid Protegent license cost peanuts if you came from developed countries. Paying legal fees & dealing with international legal case especially when the country is undeveloped (a.k.a. not great legal system, just look at all the scam call centers freely operating there) probably isn't worth it for them.

They get you to a spam page or something amd infect you with a virus or just view you on the camera, you wouldnt notice this on a normal phone for example but if you have a camera sliding phone (the one in which the camera goes out) you will, and its scary Pd: sory for my bad english
