Do you think, if the Germans understood manipulation, Hitler would have gotten away with all that he did? I think societies in general need to polish their skills on manipulation especially in politics and against cult leaders so they won’t fall victim... watch this video next “NICE people NEED to embrace these from the disrespectful! Why no one respects you!”

I've been studying narcissism extensively lately. The stuff so awful, yet! This has to be considered. Meghan Markle is so narcissistic, you can see it in her eyes. She looks even slightly crazy. And there's a lot of analysis about her. You can't help but think, I don't know how she made across the street let alone into the Royal family. Yet she did. She really did. She's blowing it, but she did make it. So she did some things right and she did some things wrong. I'm starting to wonder if there is something in narcissism that isn't really a disorder as much as it is and understanding of people. Something that can be useful if you weren't crazy. Or apparently, looking at megan, if you are crazy. It's fascinating stuff.

I started a job at a prominent beverage company as an accountant. Long story short, I made an impact with people based on my attitude. I was let go Friday. It was a management decision. Networking is a tool and I believe the supervisor did not like it because I was talking to many people there. At the time, I was networking by greeting people , introducing myself. My co-workers were taking me in and telling me many things. Although I was the oldest person on the team, I was learning from them. I really appreciate the time and guidance I received. Right, now I believe God saw something that would not work for me. God is definitely looking out for me.

    Laws of Power-#16
Use absence to increase Respect & Honor
Disappear, stay low key. Let ppl ask about you.
Too much circulation makes the price go down.
The more you are seen & heard from, the more common you appear.
If you are already established in a group, temporarily withdraw from it will make you more talked about & even admired
You must learn when to leave, create value to scarcity.
You can be the first to arrive but also don’t be the last to leave. Leave, don’t stick around all the time. Make seeing you a rare occasion.

    • @Sunshinelotus22

That's exactly how I feel. A world where people live from their heart and these games are not necessary. I want to become the change I want to see in the world, not change myself to fit into a society driven by money and power instead of love.
One thing that is necessary for me is to have more boundaries in place. But I chose to focus my attention to connect with my heart and with God rather than learning mind games and techniques. I like reading books by Greg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Dr Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer.
It was interesting for me to listen to this video and realise I don't resonate at all. I do love Karine's videos. 🙏

think about how she betray you, you will have easy time to forget her and erase her from your mind. make sure to always think of the bad and how it taint any good moment you might have together, and eventually you will assimilate into your brain the idea that even the good moments were bogus, and then you will truly want and be able to forget her for good.
then you can try to get the other relationship and work towards getting in a place you cannot be betray again and even if so it will never affect you.

I have this book and it’s brilliant. He uses real life examples from history and I honestly learn a lot of general knowledge. It’s basically a book on human nature (though he has a separate book on “human nature”) but I’d recommend 100%, especially if you are likely to be a doormat and like Karinne said, likely to be manipulated.
This book _does_ require good judgement, though. And the end of every chapter contains a “reversal” to show how the power can cause harm. Each law is also divided by “transgressions”- misuse of the law, “observance”- proper use of the law, and like I mentioned before the “reversal”.
You can use these laws and still be considered a good person. You just have to know how to use them. This book might even make your life easier. Good luck 😉

I feel like this is sinister but it can be used so you’ll know other’s intentions and curve them. You can throw (for lack of better words) a monkey wrench into their plans. I am an empath so I pick up on others state of mind when I first meet them so I start playing the game long before they know how intelligent I am. I hate to say but I get to use them for what purpose I need to all the while pretending just as they do. It is what it is. I learned a long time ago that good people don’t have the option of opting out of this. We have to play or get played. However if I see someone is genuine I won’t play with them but I will forever be on guard.

Karine, this is a lesson to be narcissistic. Teach people to be kind, compassionate, not look for an opportunity for always scoring, using others. What is this obsession with always being on top, unique, etc? Imagine a world where everyone is trying to score! There was a time when Robert Greene's book made sense, during wars and territory building. Be who you are.If you are chatty patty, chat. You can be wise, and chatty. I have seen people read and practise this book, and they are still there broke, average, in shallow relationships. Very soon people see shallow, calculating people from a far. The world needs warmth now, not scheming calculating sociopaths.

I love this book, as well as The Art of Seduction. Like you, I found that I was easily manipulated pretty much my entire life. I began reading Robert Greene’s books as a way to understand why we as people do the things we do & how not to be so naive. Great video.

Law 10 is the only one I can't get with. I work very hard and nothing seems to work for me and life beats me down. I keep going but it's hard. Alot of people could never survive what I've been through . That can cause depression. Its easy for others that have an easier life to be happy. Helping people will bless you .

I realized after listening to this that I have already mastered Law 17 because I always move in silence and only share what I want others to know. Laws 28 and 31 resonated with me and I will work on improving in these areas. Timidity is not of God. Controlling your own narrative is everything and keeps you ahead of the game. Law 48 reminds me of how internalizing labels can be so harmful. When we get so fixated on being a certain something, honing on it too much, whether it be our race ethnicity religion (to a worldly degree) gender sexuality anything, it can trap us into a box of not being able to be anything else. at this point in my life, I don’t obsess over anything worldly label, but I only value God and what He plans for me. Thanks for this video Karine!

I'm pausing the video as you suggested. I'm a standout in my own right, or a standalone if you will. I adopted this persona as I'm short on close associates. And I don't mind it really. I've spoken to a woman recently, and what she told me stuck with me: she said she's not afraid of strangers but vary of her friends and close circles. Because those who know her maybe jealous and envious of her, or wishing her ill will, while strangers relate to her on a different level which makes her more comfortable to interact with. That rang true for me.
Indeed, I myself had a fallout recently with an old classmate of mine. We rekindled our relations in the age of Facebook after 30 years of living on different continents. Chatting on the messenger helped us reminisce. Our conversations weren't frequent, but I reached out to her as often as I could or when I thought there was something worthwhile to share. There were also Facebook posts, mostly on my part. I also sent her packages for holidays, or just because I felt like doing it. I didn't expect any gifts in return. At one time I posted a photo of my vacation without any capture to go with it. I have not notified her that I had been on a trip, as our texts weren't very often. Then later when I had a little time, I sent her a usual "hi, how are you?" text. I haven't heard back from her, but to my dismay I saw a post on her own FB site for everyone to see: It was a meme of something to the effect of "Two things are true about you. When you need something, you have the most patience and when you don't then you disappear" or something like that. It made me realize that her being mum on the messenger while putting this nonsense on her page was a cyber message of sort addressed to me albeit indirectly. I didn't feel the need to ask, explain or mention any of it to her. I waited for a couple of months to hear from her. But nothing. After thirteen years of being on Facebook I thought it was enough, and on a whim, I deleted my account one evening. It wasn't necessarily because of this person, but it happened so. For me it was too much time wasted online and feeling a bit odd when people you think you know all of a sudden have expectations of you which you don't feel justified, you just drop the whole thing without looking back.
I do fight for relationships, yes, only when the person and the relationship is highly valued, and it's worth a fight.

Great video! I hope Art of War by Sun Zu is in the line up, I would love to hear your review on that. You helped me understand the book a little better because I was confused at how some rules contradict each other. I think his meaning of Power is more in our Minds rather than actually taking advantage of people like some say. If the Power is in our mind and how we view each distinct situation, then it’s okay for the rules to contradict because each Situation is different and requires different action.

    - My charisma: I’m funny, smart, and compassionate all in one. I am also the wild card and divergent thinker. People seek out my advice and opinion.
    - Privacy : I am a private person that is what would be described as a “popular loner”. I have found that people are intrigued by my regular smegular life. It’s one of the most powerful things about me especially in the age of over sharing. I follow Beyoncé’s strategy and rarely post on social media. I only post pics with minimal words.
