I believe He came for all of us. I believe He is who He says He is - the Savior and the hope of the world. I also believe we each discover who He is and how He can help us through the exact experiences we need. There was a time when that belief was a lot more distant for me...when it was a nice idea in my mind and something I hoped was true, but I hadn't really experienced Jesus for myself. I decided to take a leap of faith and muster up all the belief that I could to trust that He is my Savior and Redeemer. Since then I am forever changed. I'm still learning to believe in Christ more each day. But I cannot deny that I have felt His love. He has changed my heart and has put within it a desire and a way to become what deep down my soul knows I can be.
Why do you believe in Jesus? How have you come to know Him? I'd invite you to share this video and share your thoughts on those questions. There will never be a day when we do not need Jesus...but it's easy to forget to exercise that belief sometimes. Let's find ways this Christmas season to believe in Christ more and to point others to believe in Him more.
