That's a "maybe". You'll have to wait and see if they will really make the Phantasmal Dresses purchasable later, especially the ones that won't initially have a PC version of. There's no PC Treasure Box for US and EU, and GEO in Japan didn't sell PC copies last I checked. So the DLCs that are tied those won't be on PC for now.

@@thefullxpif you played any Atelier games then you should know that if the game sells very well then KOEI’s maybe will be a definite. I’ve noticed that it is all dependent on how successful their games are. With high sales and support they will see it profitable to release DLC.
