Lol if you think that's acceptable. Crazy bitch should be nowhere near children.
The kids weren't even doing anything. A girl sprayed perfume? lmao. She was "allergic" but instead of opening a window she walked into the area it was supposedly sprayed and ranted for 10 minutes. Lol BS. The kids weren't even responding or being rude.

She didn’t break no code of conduct, the kids endangered her life and the life of the passengers. Allergies are serious. if they are spraying perfume, whilst she is driving and she has an allergic reaction to it , ie asthma attack, hives, Angioedema body swelling, nausea ,severe headaches etc.
      It is a health risk.
There should be a serious code of conduct, given to parents and children when riding these buses. If children misbehave they should be excluded permanently from the riding the bus.
She should sue the parents and bus company,
Also concerning the feminist, they have created a whole heap of trouble, for themselves and others which they now want men to come and sort out smh.

I asked why he had to hit me with the belt and he said it hurt him more than it hurt me but if he didn’t do it, someone who has no reason to care for me like strangers or cops will do it and won’t care about when to stop. Corporal punishment being shamed out of society is directly contributing to the audacity we see in children these days. You can’t embarrass them or put mitts on them. I'm in Ohio. I feel for her. I volunteered A LOT to help teachers in classrooms when my kids were school age and it's challenging. Teachers need help. My parents were both educators.
I literally JUST filmed a bunch of kids clowning in my yard doin' stuff they're not supposed to and they know what they're doing, but it's almost like you need it filmed anymore for your own protection because they lie so much and so easily. It's crazy...& their parents believe them.
Many years ago there was an incident when I heard my oldest kid yelling at his teacher (who really is nothing but kind - too kind) when I was standing outside his classroom (on a day I was helping there) and I can remember the teacher trying to talk me out of my rage. She thought I was going to kill him when he got home. Just the look on his face when he saw me walking in the door told me he knew better and he knew what he was doing.
Kids need reprimanding, participating parents and partnership who are both on the same page. I'm by no means perfect, of course - in any sense, but we try really hard to be there for guidance.
You're not really done when they're 18. Our kids need us. They need guidance & wisdom to navigate this crazy world.

I'm a 30+ year truck driver. But eons ago I started out as a school bus driver. Look, I do NOT blame that driver for cussing out those students. They look like highschool students so they can take it. Now I didn't cuss then and don't cuss now but when my kids acted up and they did quite a few times I just pulled the bus over and waited for them to calm down. I've waited as long as an hour for them to cool out even at the request on the two way radio for me to move. And I still wouldn't. I dared the bus company to fire me. They wouldn't because the route I had nobody wanted.

Make the culprits accountable for their own actions.
When a complaint is filed, simply state the the environment was unsafe for driving due to said behavior by said students.
State the obvious as well as the unspoken expectations of the job of transporting students by bus.
Leave their responsibilities right on the table for everyone to swallow.
Keep it professional but don’t play with them.

I took another route… and admittedly ratted the student out to both the school administrators and their parents when they did things like bean me in the back do the head with a ball while I was driving.
Made sure I stressed how dangerous this was and could result in injury/death of the kids, as well as other people, should it have knocked me out or the like.
Kids learned early on I was going to hold them accountable. They knew I had a phone number list for the bus moms and would call them if needed. A few of them had seen me walking out of the school principal’s office as well. It got to the point that all I had to do was flash the ceiling lights when they were getting too rowdy and they would immediately calm down.

Our bus was in complete silence for a couple days--going to AND coming from school! Oliver eventually apologized to us (which he didn't really have to do).
