Both Irina Kairatovna and Ninety One were afraid that someone would come to them from Secret Service, but it didn't happened. At the same time during the interview one of the officials said that watched MV. It means that "soft power" did work. So this song is kinda hard to understand because it's meant for people, who live in Kazakhstan and knows the context
