Awesome video as usual. My longtime favorite for taste and texture is the Baseball Sirloin. When my Safeway or Kroeger has Choice top sirloin on sale, I buy a whole one still in the cryovac bag and cut and vacumm seal "softball" sirloins and other thick steaks. Hard to beat a freezer full of custom cut and trimmed steaks for $4.97 a pound.

I love a good Chuck Eye! Honestly, if done right it's hard to even tell it from a good Ribeye. Never have seen a Baseball or Denver cut, but the Denver reminded me of a Flatiron, which is probably my favorite cut because it's inexpensive, versatile, and very flavorful.

Chudley, Chud-miester, the Chudster... different way to make your shoromazoomzooms.
Knob of butter nice and a bubbling, add shrooms, then salt. saute those down till they go dry and have some nice color on them. AND THEN add 1/2 to 1 cup of Marsala Wine (I prefer sweet, but you might try the dry Marsala as well). Reduce that to a Nice Thick Glaze and Perfection
Also works for onions, only I add granulated garlic to my onions 30 seconds before the wine.

I find myself buying flat irons quite a bit. Theyre cheap, well marbled, taste amazing, and are supposedly the 2nd most tender cut next to the fillet. They are starting to go up in price now though, along with everything else, but compared to the price of a tinderloin or a ribeye its still a great deal.
