Ive been running Fireball Meteor Hydra build since launch, ands its insane clear speed. Even without Infinity it kills everything easy. I use 3p Tal Rasha (weapon, armour and Ammy w -5 facets), Flickering flame helm, Spirit, Arach, Magefist, Sandstorm trek, BK ring and Wisp for lighting absorb and mf. Just set up some hydras around mobs and fireball them down. You barley need the meteor. Just snipe elites with Meteor if they fire immune. I tried Cold sorc, and its way slower imo.
Neat. I might have to give it a try. Tried frost nova but it's pretty meh despite what the videos state, without max inventory of GCs, it's just a really fast key farm build. Blizz/Orb seems to be the best for mid level gear but it's getting stale. Might have to give this a go.
@@HeadOfNixon Its worth a try. If you can afford Infinity and Pheonix this build has insane clearspeed. I cant afford Pheonix yet, but just made an Infinity, and its no problem on higher playercounts.
Hi, great video! I've been waiting for someone to show the new fire sorc in action. Some things I would like to know are: - How does it compare with the cold sorc? - Have you tried putting flickering flame on a mercenary to give you some fire resist via aura?
In very budget gear cold sorc is better, but even with just full tal set to me fire sorc is better than cold. I use a full tal fire sorc on hardcore to do ubers, so yeah. It's pretty strong :P
@@Mammel248 how is the fire sorc with full tal set and sunder and the 1-3 items that gives enemy - fore resist compared to nova/es light sorc with same gear just with the 1-3 items that gives - light resist ? If you know ? Mainly for p1
@@jarlfisk I can't make a good comparison... the only nova/es sorc I have has self wield infinity + griffons so pretty GG gear, she obviously is way faster than my full tal fire sorc but it's not a fair comparison between best in slot nova sorc and pretty budget tal sorc
@@jarlfisk I think It's safe to say that the fire sorc is better than lightning with the set up that you are asking about. The damage output that fireball/hydra does just trumps nova on p1 difficulty
Hey man! I am making sorc with good budget, infi or eni isnt problem for me right now. I was going to make blizz sorc with DF and NW but after this vid I am close to changing my mind since i LOVE fire sorc but didn't know its that good. Can u compare it to blizz sorc ? pros/cons ?:)
Thanks for giving a full in depth Fire Sorceress....mine is only Level 38 and for now going with Hydras. I saw a video on these saying most don't understand that damage is tick per head, not per Hydra. But according to chart, the damage of Meteor is just insane. Early on would this be a solid combo until after Level 50-60?
If you got full tal set and that helm/weapon that lower mobs light resist and the semi budget gear you talk about in in this video is it best to go FO/blizz, Nova/ES or this fire spec over all for HR farm ?

I would appreciate it IMMENSELY if you did a very similar build for a lightning/chain lightning sorc -> I have basically all tal rasha set and I am wondering whether with a sunder charm I will be able to farm efficiently. Can someone suggest whether I should wait for a torch? What do you think about crescent moon vs tal weapon (for additional -15 res and the possibility of a jewel with -res).
Dude shows build with +22 to skillz and talks about budget builds and stuff… im also gonna make yt channel d2r with+99 to skillz and make frostbolt builds for p8 😢
I'm at 67 still have all 3 skill resets. Beginner is easy, dump points into Firebolt, get a leaf staff and magic find countess until level 25 then switch out to a spirit sword, use the tal and eth runes to make stealth armors For shield use two socketed shields to make rhyme, or 3 socket shields to make ancients pledge, all the necessary runes can be found farming normal countess, amn runes can be made with thul runes or as a drop. I still have all three resets and I absolutely destroy nightmare nihlithak pretty sure I can coast to 80 and still have my options open using max Firebolt, hydra, then fireball putting a few points into fire mastery too.

I think a missing note on blaze is that your block/dodge/defense is heavily reduced while moving, making you more exposed.
Not if you wear full trang's and only walk. The "vampire" makes you walk at run speed😁😁
It's irrelevant anyway if you use a spirit like 90% of bnet.....

thoughts on jewler armor with life or fhr? I use it with -20 fire facets no complaints total is -92 fire enemy res.

Sure but you should also use fireball for having a direct attack =)
Meteor has a long delay though. If you play hc, too risky ) Also like he said, you can use hydra to scout ahead, very useful on hc

Where is ur resist with endgame build? All negative ? Only mara, Boots and maybe fcr ring, it's not enought
