It has been tricky but as I have worked on truing the tires and spent this week putting in a bunch of laps for the review it came together quite a bit. I was consistently doing a 6.3 to 6.5 second laps vs the bmw where i am a consistent 6.7 to 7 second lap. My BMW"S 6.2 must have been a lucky lap. The Lancia is quick the porsche is standing out though. There is little room for error with the Lancia I think because it is so short and narrow it will just completely let go. The porsche is more forgiving and just rips. My porsche came with a stronger magnet and I am sure it has more punch from the motor. I am going to try the motor in my club racer today and see how it does.
Yeah the Delta turbo was nice. I rember the parking lot at work had Nissan Pulsars, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, Subrau STI, Nissan 300Zx. R32 skyline and a lotus Elise. The Delta was one hell of a hot hatch for its day and would have blended in nicely. As for I had a 1.0 Metro lol.
The smaller front track of the wheels is the main reason that the Lancia is not as stable as the other two cars. I have the Racer Sideways analogue version of the car and it has the same de-slotting problem if I push it too hard, even when the front wheels are moved as far out as possible in the wheel arches.
Thank you for watching happy that my reviews are bringing up these talking points. I find the bmw is more planted but much more tail happy. The Lancia is less planted but much less tail happy. I can get a consistently faster lap on the Lancia than the BMW. I can not match the Porshe though. The Porshe is very slightly wider has a stronger magnet in the one I have and I am sure has a stronger motor. The porshe feels like a wepon in comparison. Maybe magless is the right way to test them at least more things will be equal. What do you think? I want to test for these as out of the box condition. But magless will be fairer, however, with the carrera hard tires just removing the magnets will make them super slippy and not sure it will make a review that is relatable for a beginner using them straight out of the box.
Like the size comparison.
Thanks for watching. It is a good looking pocket rocket!
Great video Brother! Subbed!
Thank you sir. Following back!
I have that same set and the Lancia is the most difficult to drive. The Porsche 935 is the star of the show.

This was a very good Car, the Delta Turbo, way better than the Saab and Volvo Turbo's of the other kids, parents back then...

Are you sure you haven’t bought a 1/24 scale BMW?
Not yet. I need to sort out my club carrera GT car. Thinking a Lamborghini ot the audi R8.
Why the forced lane changer on a digital track?
I also run analog. Also the forced change makes it if you are digital you have to use them to get the fastest lane to rail the big corners.
