The pootis meme comes from how heavy pronounced the phrase “Put dispenser here!”
Heavy pronounces the words put and dispenser very close to each other making them sound more like Putispenser here, memers then cut the word in half leaving only the putis part thus creating the Pootis meme

What I love about you, is that, whatever you're reacting to, you tend to take it seriously. Like, you're not making some silly comments or expressions during specific moments (and reactors do this a lot, that is just annoying and overdone,) instead, you are giving your own insightful commentary with some life experience and/or some useful fun fact. And I do find your own commentary interesting to listen to. Especially since you are a combat veteran and a MMA fighter, which means you have life experience and wisdom, and you are sharing it with others. *That* is what makes you unique among other reactors. You are not making a content via being silly and just... _blank._ You are making your own content on a level (at least, at how I perceive this) of professional observer, someone who *got* the words to say.
Keep at it, sir. Despite my complete lack of experience of being in army (first, I am an autist with ADHD, second, my skeleton is not balanced, and third... well, sport never was my forte,) I have an interest in weaponry and other modern combat stuff via video games lately. And your own experience as a soldier is greatly helping. Thank you, Paul. I know, I am spewing too much water now, but I just can't express in any other way how much of a unique and interesting reactor you are. I am giving you my greetings from Russia. May you live and explore more out of this interesting thing called _TH-cam_ (and not only.) Your reactions are not only entertaining. They are *edutational.*

About that Doppler effect in galaxies, this effect also works on light so light from galaxies can be more red or blue depending if galaxy is moving away or mowing towards us (I don't think any galaxy is moving towards us except Andromeda). Knowing how red galaxy appear we can calculate how fast it is moving from us. And from Hubble's law the further object is away from us it is moving away from us faster, and knowing this correlation we can calculate how far galaxies are away from us

Pootis derives from the Heavy line "Put Dispenser Here." Put dis. pootis is an old term in tf2, almost as old as the game itself. It's use is very wide and meanings wider.

While all the engineers dancing is an obvious Jojo reference, it and the 'You're... Ugly' line are also a reference to another youtube video called Lazy Mountain by Eltorro64rus. His stuff is... interesting. It's a series of non-sequiturs made in Garry's Mod, often vaguely strung together by one very small link into what could be called a plot if you're being generous. And being rather unsettling on occasion. I recommend it if you don't mind the surreal, but you'll definitely find nothing to comment on from your own experience in them.

Forgive me if I sound like an absolute moron, but the whole thing about the slight deviation from the target due to "pulling" the trigger incorrectly seems so strange. I mean, I can definitely understand it, but I just can't believe its a problem that weapon engineers haven't solved by now given that long range "sniper" rifles have been around since the first world war. Perhaps a trigger design with more "wiggle" would solve this? I understand that the firing mechanisms of most firearms are fully mechanical, and thus any change to the trigger would have effects on the rest of the weapon's internal machinations. Any gun smiths/combat engineers in chat? Have there been any solutions/alternative firing mechanisms that mitigate the "pull"?

9:44 but heavys hands are massive and his head is relatively small, so would the defense still be ineffective based on the proportions of his body?

Pootis is a widely popular joke in the TF2 community, sampled from Heavy's "Put Dispenser Here!" voiceline.

Heavy has a line in tf2 where he says “put dispenser here”. Years ago a meme started where heavy stopped the line so it sounded like pootis (put dis)penser here

The word “pootis” is from a line the heavy says when you use the voice console saying “put dispenser here” but it of course sounds like “pootis spenser here” and so the meme pootis was created
