    Hey buddy, I’m glad I stumbled across your channel. I’m also a larger guy riding bikes Just finished the 10th week of that same Back to Fitness 12 week program on Zwift! I’ve definitely seen my endurance getting stronger and I’ve lost a few pounds. I’ll be looking forward to your content! Ride on!

      Thank you for checking out the channel. The program is no joke, lol. I haven’t finished all of the workouts but the two I did today were killer. Looking forward to interacting with you. I recorded 3 videos today, and I’m looking forward to getting them out soon.

    Thanks for this video. I start wk 6 this week and To The Max had me scratching my head as to what should be done for the free ride segments.
    I see you are a vinyl fan too. Ride on man!
