Welcome to Shanthamma Village Cooking
Shanthamma grown fresh green leaf and Coriander leaves and some more in her farmland ,she used for cooking .
she cook Quick and Eaergyfood sy simple method and used fresh handmade masala to keep everyone healthy.
Shanthamma cooked for 15 to 20 people everyday who are worked in her farmland afterwards she joined with them for work.
Ingredients
step 1
2 glass Gram dal soak in water (3-4 hours)
2 coconut
1 kg onion
250 gram chilli
coriander leaves & Sabaki (DIL Leaves)
garlic ,ginger,clove and cinnamon
step 2
Grind soaked Gram dal without adding water
add garlic,ginger,clove and cinnamon & grind into fine paste
step 3
After grind add coconut ,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves & Sabaki (DIL Leaves),salt mix them well
step 4
Add Rice flour ,salt,hot water mix them well make into dough
