Harley Davidson 48 Midday Ride | Pure Engine Sound

- I ride a 2020 Harley Davidson Sportster 48 with a Two Brothers Racing 2 Into 1 Exhaust and an Arlen Ness Monster Sucker air intake system.
I enjoy the pure engine sound that comes from the Sportster Forty-Eight and like to relive my rides from time to time. This is a POV motorcycle ride, nothing more, nothing less.
On this drive I go up to Sentinel Peak, "A" Mountain and then to my local Starbucks for iced coffee. I also do a small sound check of the TBR Exhaust. This is a fairly new addition to the 48.

this is the most flawless camera angle ive ever seen on one of these videos. theyre always a little too high or too low but this is the perfect setup. i dont even ride i just have to acknowledge how good this shot is.

Those under-arm mirrors are so good man, you can see everything.
And those open flat sunny roads look so great to drive on, clear views all around, minimal danger of blind crossings.
Yeah this is a nice place to ride, not too congested and some open roads.

I'm a car person but when i started seeing bikes and see the trip vlogs from different bloggers, I started liking it. so far I like 2022 Harley Davidson Sportster s, flat bob and Royal Enfield 500 :) Thanks for sharing ur vlogs.

I have this downloaded for offline use. Literally I write in my journal with this on in the background. When I'm driving my car to work I listen to this. Or when I need a little headspace and can't get out on the bike or some music doesn't cut it - this just keeps me sane. The sound and quality is incredible, camera angle is perfect. Just ace dude. You're the first one I've seen on YT that rode a Sportster like a sane person! The rest of these mental cases are either lugging them unmercifully, or 'drifting' them into pieces of junk, or acting like they're on a race track trying thier best to kill themselves, (and smashing up a great bike) and overreving the hell out of them! Very refreshing. Good show. And thanks for treating a fine machine with due respect.
Thanks man! This was the reason I purchased this bike, to ride around town and just enjoy the scenery and the enjoyment that comes from being on a bike. No where particular to go, just riding.

I enjoy watching your videos as they are aesthetic and calming, but I also use them as a learning process, specifically watching how you manipulate the controls for different road situations. I've never ridden before, but I hope to attend the MSF someday and start.

About two months ago I got my first motorcycle. I was set on getting a 1200cc bike. Sadly, due to covid and a rough couple years, my credit was shot. I didn’t have a lot of bargaining room. The first bike I saw was the 48, the exact one you seem to be riding here. The payments on it were just too high, I couldn’t pull the trigger on it. I settled for an 883, which I’m not sad about because it’s been a fun ride and I’m happy either way with it. With all that said, I’m already wanting to get that extra power. Planning on the conversation kit months down the line (when I can afford it). Thank you for the video. Beautiful ride. Be safe out there.

The only time I rode a bike in my life was in driving school to get my driver's license. Never did it again for a lot of reasons, some of them being the fact that a motorcycle here in Brasil, specially a Harley, costs a house, but I won't rest until I do exactly what you did in this video. Not only I cheer you for this experience of yours but I thank you as well for remembering me of my goal.

What resolution and frame rate are you using for your footage!? I'm thinking of doing the same kind of raw sound riding videos on my ducati
If I remember correctly I believe this is at 1080 @24fps, but uploaded at a higher resolution. My later vids are at 2.7K @60fps if you want to see the difference. Good luck man!

Thanks man, these are great bikes aren't they? I have the TBR 2 into 1 exhaust on it, not as high pitched as the Vance & Hines. I also use a foam cover over the GoPro to block the wind noise.
