How can I log out once session expired message keep on popping and lead to log in page? But even I input password it doesn't work. I cleared cash and data, reinstalled and did everything but it's still same 😭

Got scared for a moment I thought my account was hacked 😂 because of "Session expired" I also check my moms phone and did the same thing too like tf is happening?
None of these fixes worked for me at all. FB logged me off automatically & was unable to log in stating I was using an older password but it wasn't. Then I tried getting a code but none of those worked either so now I'm in limbo. Everytime I try to get a new password code, FB sends the last code that never worked over & over again. I don't know what to do now. I wish an actual person could fix this problem but of course, FB depends on an incompetent AI algorithms for all issues. Very very poor. I'm thinking FB is outliving its usefulness.
