I've been using ANR since 2008. It goes on first Then moisturizer. Also skincare should go on back of neck ,ears and remaining on hands. Beautiful skin. I'm also a Black woman

Good morning, I have the same problem on my mouth. The doctor's didn't know what it was, but now I know. The my dentist told me it is my toothpaste. You need to use Tom's toothpaste only. That should clear you right up.
