Sir apne kha ki divorce ke agle din shaadi ki toh void hogi.. Pr agar right to appeal time khtm hone tak jisse divorce liya tha usne appeal ki hi nhi.. Toh marriage valid maani jayegi.. Aagr divorce ke hone ke baad first day marriage karli.. Usne jisse divorce kiya usne appeal hi nhi dali
