They look really good. Their faces have not aged much at all. If they shaved the white facial hair off, you'd honestly think they were at least 15 years younger.
Whenever I hear something from them that I didn't know existed, it's like hearing them for the first time all over again. I fall in love every time. I didn't know this existed.
People complain about it but I think the gray streaks are pretty hot. It would freak me out if he dyed his hair because otherwise he’d still look like he did when I was in high school, and that’s just not human. Get with it. There is nothing wrong with aging well, and aging well doesn’t mean not aging at all. More importantly, he is happy, healthy, still alive, still a decent person, and still making music. We’re getting to the age where we can’t say that about a lot of musicians we grew up hearing. They are all still doing their thing and didn’t let the industry make them into something they aren’t, musically and as people. That takes strength, and that is amazing.
Upon first listen I did not like it at all. Then I gave it another listen and then I got it. Now its my favorite Incubus album. Its one of those albums that I can loop and not skip songs.
It's incredible how I seen Incubus perform just late last year and Brandon didn't have as much grey hair as he does now. It's been great seeing him grow from a young man to where he's at now and still have those wonderful pipes, talent and work ethic. I know that when I see people I grew up listening to grow older that i'm next in line. I'm about a decade younger than Brandon but time and age really does sneak up on you. I don't think it frightens me as much as when I was a teenager and constantly dwelled on the thought of my inevitable death. I think it's a beautiful process to age. Age to me is something of the mind. I am in my early thirties and I still physically feel in my twenties. I hope to very much hold onto that mindset. I hope everyone who reads this has many wonderful years of life to live and give.

I find myself quoting their lyrics often, very philosophical ❤️ "Turn a blizzard to a breeze," is a mantra for me, words that give me strength! I'd be a different person without this band, and that's the truth!
I use to have agoraphobia, I couldn't even leave my house to go see a Dr about it. Idk how I overcame it but I did. Thanks for making beautiful songs for me to listen to.👍✌

Brandon Boyd has been an embodiment of a divine masculine for years but doesn't get nearly enough credit for it in the spiritual community imo. He contributed heavily to my awakening as well as my healing journey. He has range and always stays true to himself, even when his music changes tune.

I downloaded S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and the opening lyrics hit me like a freight train.....I've never been able to get enough. And what a beautiful journey from album to album its been. Things like the pentameter of his lyrics in Warning....the metaphor and choice of words..."floating in this......cosmic jaccuu---" and how absolutely lost my soul gets when I close my eyes and crank The Warmth. While listening I took a moment to write down all the shows I've been to thru the years... Then I came back started scrolling thru the comments enjoying peoples comments about aging gracefully etc.... and wow.... You said exactly what I am always saying to people about his music.
