Quick explanation of what happens when you take a reiki class & what I could help with reiki session

This is me talking about what taking the reiki class does to your mind and body etc. and what happens during a reiki session, but please know that’s not all that happens during the session a lot more happens such as healing trauma, clearing out energy/energetic blockages, or even goals you may have (including manifestations) etc. etc.
