If Rice needs a passer to hold his hand in midfield, then he's overrated. At West Ham he certainly didn't, so it looks like he's gone backwards under Arteta.

Every single player for England is overrated. Foden, trent kane, rice, Bellingham all overrated.
James McClean has over 500 senior club appearances and 103 international appearances and played at the euros, we might not agree with his opinion but he is definitely entitled to have one. Also over rated does not mean he is not good, just in his opinion people over rate him.
