@@OneMansLossyeah far as I know no new ideas were floated at their rehearsals for temple newsam , it’s mad it’s getting on for 2 years now since the gig. No way are they are getting back together for tours and new music , only Adams up for it , i was at temple newsam and to be totally honest im not fussed about them doing it again ,I think they could and may even do it again in the next few years but I doubt I would go again , I’m a minority here but Leeds was a bit of downer for me , personally I was in a low point any way and seeing them again was too much of a nostalgia trip and was just a poignant reminder that those times from the Eps and first album were a long time ago , they really were the best times of my life , no bands really had that impact on me since and they were very much a band on fire in their youth , it’s not the same in their 40s just like I think the sex pistols reunions in 96 were a bit cringe I wouldn’t say the music reunion was cringe at all but just felt a bit forced .. some things should be left alone .. I saw them at their very best and I would rather remember them like that
Agreed. It's a shame they're not more popular. I think it's just because the popular music landscape isn't set up in favor of rock acts anymore. Oh well, as long as they keep doing what they do, I'll buy the albums.
