This is a Cantonese channel. Could he either speak mostly Cantonese or just English. It's really annoying - and distracting to say the least.
This is him. He grew up in Canada so that’s why. I think the way he speaks in English is charming.
First of all, he's not from Canada. Secondly, you can tell he's not even a native speaker. No one does that. It's coming across as pretentious and disrespectful to the interviewer and his audiences, if that's what he's wanting to achieve
