This episode was such a roller coaster between the wholesome chocolate segment with Mark and the chaotic C-man interrogation to the unexpected Dream cameo
Those chocolates look SO GOOD. I have the worst sweettooth and grew up around both American and European chocolate so I know what Hila's talking about with the vomit thing. The reason why American chocolate has that tang is due to an ingredient called butyric acid which is a fatty acid that acts as a preservative. It's also a fatty acid found in vomit-bleh I know. When Milton Hershey wanted to make chocolate a common treat in the US (previously it was very rare and a luxury) he bought a ton of dairy farms. He didn't realize that European chocolate used powdered milk for their chocolate at the time, and so he struggled to find a shelf stable version with his fresh dairy. His solution was spoiling the milk just enough so that it was still safe to eat, but was able to preserve the taste and texture of the chocolate. Since this is the first chocolate many Americans have had the opportunity to try, our tastes include the sour taste and now it's the preferred formula in the US! Outside of this taste, there are other differences, chocolate from the US uses more sugar while European chocolate uses more milk fat and cocoa butter.
During the C-Man segment I completely lost it when Hila said "It makes sense to me!"🤣🤣🤣🤣 And Ethan response "No Hila it doesn't make sense" sent me over the edge. 😂😂😂😂
This was my favorite episode of the year so far, without question. Between introducing Marc the chocolatier to drama between the REAL Dream over the hit single Nightmare and Ethan hashing it out with him, to the mini interview with Dream, to Zach’s insane freakout during the C-Man segment which had me gasping for air, followed by the weird Fideas edit. I couldn’t believe Ethan was debating with C-Man for 30 minutes over his size either lol. All in all, this is peak TH-cam. Not to mention the amazing transition from the end of last episode with the still of Zach holding the crystal to the introduction of this one!

This episode was such a roller coaster between the wholesome chocolate segment with Mark and the chaotic C-man interrogation to the unexpected Dream cameo

Those chocolates look SO GOOD. I have the worst sweettooth and grew up around both American and European chocolate so I know what Hila's talking about with the vomit thing. The reason why American chocolate has that tang is due to an ingredient called butyric acid which is a fatty acid that acts as a preservative. It's also a fatty acid found in vomit-bleh I know. When Milton Hershey wanted to make chocolate a common treat in the US (previously it was very rare and a luxury) he bought a ton of dairy farms. He didn't realize that European chocolate used powdered milk for their chocolate at the time, and so he struggled to find a shelf stable version with his fresh dairy. His solution was spoiling the milk just enough so that it was still safe to eat, but was able to preserve the taste and texture of the chocolate. Since this is the first chocolate many Americans have had the opportunity to try, our tastes include the sour taste and now it's the preferred formula in the US! Outside of this taste, there are other differences, chocolate from the US uses more sugar while European chocolate uses more milk fat and cocoa butter.
During the C-Man segment I completely lost it when Hila said "It makes sense to me!"🤣🤣🤣🤣 And Ethan response "No Hila it doesn't make sense" sent me over the edge. 😂😂😂😂

This was my favorite episode of the year so far, without question. Between introducing Marc the chocolatier to drama between the REAL Dream over the hit single Nightmare and Ethan hashing it out with him, to the mini interview with Dream, to Zach’s insane freakout during the C-Man segment which had me gasping for air, followed by the weird Fideas edit. I couldn’t believe Ethan was debating with C-Man for 30 minutes over his size either lol. All in all, this is peak TH-cam. Not to mention the amazing transition from the end of last episode with the still of Zach holding the crystal to the introduction of this one!
Zach’s cackle has the power to cure cancer.
