@@SleepingViper i just got fujin today. Not so different from you. Ide say 3 things got me there.
1.creating positive frame trap scenarios and loops. Also learning some tech traps (i recommend watching rickstarz tech trap videos).
2.side stepping effectively and side step combos.
3. Learning effective counter hit scenarios and proper wall splatting.
Hmu if you want some good vids to watch. I just started playing tekken recently (but have high level fighting game experience) and i got good quickly from copying their styles.

they patched out the combo where he spikes him to the ground, then use d1+2, so that's why you can't do it
