Any tips for maintaining or rejoining the heels world? I wore them a lot in my 20s, less in my 30s after kids. For whatever reason I find them way more uncomfortable and more difficult to walk in. It's almost like I'm having to relearn how to. Any advice?

Hi Kendra, definitely this can be a struggle. I advice you start small, low heels or wedges. Comfortable materials and styles that don't put much pressure on your legs. Also combine this with regular exercise if possible to strenghen your entire body. Even in my case this helps to stay more fit overall. Practice even home for short periods of time. Goal isn't to wear them 24/7 but being able to pick your favourite shoe in the right occasion. Hope it helps :)
