Hi di, just a suggestion that if you can give homemade whole spice masala instead of readymade special masala (e.g. chhole masala) that will really be helpful. Brcause as seen on reports these readymade masalas are very harmful for our health. Will appreciate if you consider the suggestion

We also make same type of khichdi but you can also add Kadipatta in beginning and then in the end add grated coconut it will taste more nice
